LANGUAGE CONVERSATION GROUPS

Basic English Conversation

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Intermediate English Conversation
This group is led by a native English speaker from Australia. The class is fun, with a focus on gaining confidence and improving pronunciation of tricky English words!
Some topics are prepared in advance, but the overall structure of the group is based on the broad ability of the group.
Come along and be prepared to chat, drink coffee and have a laugh!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Advanced English Conversation
In this group you will have the opportunity to practise your English and find answers to your questions about pronunciation, grammar or even the differences in spelling between US and UK English!
The main aim of our sessions will be to practise conversation in a relaxed environment (with cups of tea, of course!) but we will also read newspaper articles or extracts from books in order to provoke questions about the English language and further discussion.

French Conversation:
Bonjour,
Vous parlez un peu, beaucoup ou pas du tout français? No problem! If you’d like the chance to practice French in a friendly atmosphere around a coffee, come and join us for some fun!

CULINARY THEMED ACTIVITIES
Cook with Me: This group has the goal of sharing traditional and family recipes or any knowledge about herbs or food and how to cook it. So you just need to be curious and passionate about cooking.
Open your kitchen (either you cook or you host) and you don’t need to have a big room or a professional space because you decide how many persons to host . You can also choose to have one more session. It’s up to you! We want to enjoy in a friendly and easy-going environment.
For the budget and expenses of the host, we can either split the costs among the participants, or the host can choose to ask for other things to be contributed, like side dishes or wine.
We meet at least once a month on Wednesday or Thursday and the host chooses the date.
The guests have to bring their aprons and enjoy cooking under the supervion of the host.
It’s fun and you’ll make new friends while cooking or around a table.

Walk with Me in Brussels:
Walking is the most natural and healthy kind of travel.
We will travel the city that is hosting us by foot, with an active pace but without stress, to have fun, take pictures and share information about hidden gems to visit, restaurants to try and experiences to live.
Brussels has beautiful corners that deserve to be explored and lived. Be prepared to get to know the city contrasts: the elegance of its architectural facades and the colors of its ethnic markets. The aim of the walking group is to share the enthusiasm for this city, to show hidden corners to the newcomers and last but not least to stay fit in a fun way.
We will walk main boulevards passing by places of interest as well as secondary streets far from the crowd, looking for new spots and inspirations.
WORKSHOPS: Beauty and Health
Health and beauty are the main components that keep us going every day. We want both, and we ask ourselves many questions, we go through many trials.
This activity group helps us complete certain information, avoid certain mistakes, and reach the desired results faster thanks to the guests who share their professional experiences with us.
