Dear Friends,
I am sure you had an amazing vacation! The long summer nights are still in our memories
and there were a lot of them to carry us into the autumn. I hope you enjoyed your summer
whether rainy or sunny and had time to relax and enjoy being in the moment. I am happy to
welcome you back from the holidays to start our new NIC season, themed “Friendships to
cherish forever!“, with charged batteries.
It’s important not to lose faith in ourselves during all kinds of changes in our lives and to find
time for well-being, exercise, nutrition, enough sleep and relationships. Many of these can
be easily accomplished inside NIC activities offered by our lovely Activity Leaders. I am looking forward to getting together with you on cultural activities, hikes and walks, while learning languages, crafting or playing cards. Let’s all have fun together!
On another note, it’s time to start thinking about NATO Charity Bazaar and NIC’s involvement.
Therefore, I encourage you to help NIC with the items to sell at the bazaar, whether crafting
together or simply sharing ideas.
