Dear everyone,

The 1st of April is celebrated in many countries all over the world. The day mostly consists of making practical jokes or telling hoaxes and is often followed by the words April Fools to explain it is a joke. For example, my letter to you might have started with something like this:

With a heavy heart, I must inform you that our club activities will stop in April due to the lack of members and events.

😁 April Fools!!!

To tell you the truth now, we are stronger than ever, with members joining us all the time. Our membership has grown to almost 200 thanks to our Membership Coordinator, Activity Leaders, and all of you. I am delighted that you are enjoying the events, activities, and each other’s company more and more. Our calendar is full of choices for every personality. But in case you feel like there is something missing and would like to open a new activity then it is very much appreciated.

Happy April Fool’s Day, everyone!

With love,

Gerly
